Job Title: Chief Deputy Clerk Company: Henrico Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court Location: Richmond, VA Description: CHIEF DEPUTY CLERK POSITION #0002 The Chief Deputy Clerk is assigned operational responsibilities in a high volume office with frequent deadlines. The Chief Deputy Clerk is responsible for all automated accounting and financial management activities. This includes the proper recording of all financial transactions and their efficient processing and disbursement. This individual prepares the bank deposits, reconciles monthly statements, and prepares the weekly and monthly accounting reports. In addition to accounting responsibilities, this individual will provide direct supervision to the customer service staff. A high school degree or equivalent is required. Most competitive applicants will have considerable bookkeeping experience, legal/judicial knowledge and be experienced in software applications, particularly Word and Excel.
