Job Description: The Senior Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field operations on large-scale commercial and healthcare construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in ground-up and renovation projects, and the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure project success. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion Develop and manage project schedules, site logistics, and sequencing plans Ensure compliance with safety regulations, healthcare-specific protocols, and quality control standards Collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers to address challenges and maintain project efficiency Supervise subcontractors, conduct daily site inspections, and enforce contract requirements Oversee procurement of materials, labor allocation, and cost control measures Manage infection control protocols and hospital-specific regulations for healthcare projects Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders and provide progress updates Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in commercial and/or healthcare construction as a Superintendent Proven track record of leading ground-up and renovation projects exceeding $50M Expertise in healthcare construction regulations, infection control, and compliance Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and teams Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier general contractor and take on high-profile projects with long-term career growth.
