Position requires a valid Arkansas Drivers License and certification from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board or ability to obtain same as soon as feasibly possible after appointment. Successful candidate will need to reside within 30 minutes driving time from Lakeview City Hall. Will be required to patrol in additiion to administrative duties and oversee a department of one full time plus 1 to 3 part time officers.
