Emergency 911 Dispatcher

Starting Pay between $21.85 - $23.66 is dependent on prior emergency dispatching experience. $1,500 hiring bonus. Plus $1.00-$1.50 Shift Pay for 2nd & 3rd Shift.

• 911 Dispatcher receives requests for services of a public safety nature including fire suppression, medical emergency and law enforcement and relays them to the appropriate agencies providing these services.
• Minimum Qualifications Include: High School Diploma or GED. No felony convictions. Required to type thirty-five (35) words per minute. Required to pass a background investigation, pre-employment physical and drug screen. Must be able to work most weekends and holidays, hours other than regular daytime schedule and work a rotating day off schedule. Full Description in PDF:
