Police Officer - Lateral

POLICE DEPARTMENT - We are currently only accepting applications from current sworn Police Officers (we will open a process for non-sworn candidates at a later date).

Application Deadline: This is a continuous recruitment

Assessment Exercises, Panel Interview, Physical Agility and Chief's Interview will be scheduled upon receipt of application from a qualified candidate.

Eligibility List: Subject to passing the above steps

Medical/Psychological Examinations: Following Conditional Offer of Employment

Recommendation to Police and Fire Commission: Upon successful completion of the Physical, Drug Screen and Psychological Examination.

Applicants who are eliminated from consideration due to failure of the background investigation, psychological examination, or the medical examination/drug screen may to re-apply and re-start the process provided at least 12 months have passed.
