Commanding Officer Jobs in California

A Commanding Officer in the law enforcement industry oversees the operations of a law enforcement unit, ensuring all activities are in line with the department's policies and the law. They are responsible for managing the personnel under their command, making critical decisions in high-pressure situations, and coordinating with other departments or agencies as necessary.
